Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Underwear and intimate items
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@lumenora.nl.
